A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the buy button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email or when the goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to reject orders for justified reasons, in particular in cases of incorrect information or product unavailability.
3. Products and Representation
Product images are for illustration purposes. Colors and details may vary depending on screen display.
Minor deviations in color, print, or finish do not constitute a defect as long as the usability is not significantly impaired.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices. In accordance with §19 German VAT law (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Production and Availability
Products are manufactured or prepared only after an order is received. Production takes place after purchase. This may result in production-related delivery times.
If an item is not available, you will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.
6. Delivery and International Shipments
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer within the shipping regions offered by us. We currently deliver to countries within the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Delivery times stated in the shop are estimates.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These are charged by the responsible authorities and must be paid by the buyer.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid import charges or missing cooperation by the recipient, the resulting costs may be charged to the buyer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and deadlines are set out in the separate withdrawal policy in the shop.
8. Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom made, personalized, or clearly tailored to individual needs. Digital products and vouchers are also excluded where legally permitted.
9. Returns and Complaints
Returns and complaints should be registered in advance by email so that we can coordinate the process.
If items are damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible after receipt and include photo evidence and your order number.
In justified cases, replacement or refund will be provided.
Exchanges are handled by placing a new order.
10. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
12. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence involving breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Statutory product liability claims remain unaffected.
13. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Dispute Resolution
The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
