We currently ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Our products are made after the order is placed. Processing time is usually 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and is typically between 3 and 10 business days. If delays occur, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are not collected by us and must be paid by the customer to the responsible authorities.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this directly to the delivery carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
